SILENT AUCTION DONATION FORM

INSTRUCTIONS:

We welcome donations of new and used items for our silent auction.
SAR gear, gift certificates, artwork, donations from businesses, items you think the SAR community would like -- all are good choices.
To donate, complete the form below (one form for each item) and submit it. We'll contact you if we have questions.
Please submit prior to ESCAPE to facilitate setting up the auction.
Auction items may be brought to the auction area at ESCAPE on Friday, April 21; preferably before 10 am when the auction opens.
Small items (e.g., gift certificates) may be mailed to ESCAPE Silent Auction, c/o Rick Wiedenmann, 1504 Grant Street, Carlsbad, NM 88220
